Cat Friendly Handling Our team practices cat friendly handling techniques to ensure that your cat is comfortable during their visit. These techniques include seeing cats in dedicated "cat" rooms and using equipment for cats that has not been used on dogs. We also incorporate Fear Free handling techniques for cats including wrapping them in towels and blankets and using cat pheromones to promote calming. We even offer treats to cats - mini marshmallows are a big hit!

Dentistry Prophylactic dental cleanings are recommended annually for most pets. By three years of age, most dogs and cats have a significant level of periodontal disease. Your veterinarian will recommend dental cleanings based on what is most appropriate for your pet's lifestage and lifestyle.
Dermatology Skin conditions are one of the most common issues we contend with in veterinary medicine. Between infections, allergies, parasites, and neoplastic conditions, we see a wide range of skin disease and are well-equipped to treat your pet with the most current diagnostic tests and medications available.
Digital Radiography We offer several options for diagnosing your pet in our Radiology department. Our x-rays are advanced digital pictures that give a very clear picture of the area being examined. We can take X-rays of any part of the body to look for changes in bones and joints, notice enlargements of the heart or other organs, and check for blockages in the intestinal tract. We also recommend our Dental X-ray unit be used on all dental cleanings.
Extractions & Oral Surgery Dental hygiene is an important part of your pet's health, because dental disease can be associated with other serious health problems such as heart disease and kidney disease. But how do you know if your pet has a healthy mouth? Let us examine your pet’s teeth and gums to help determine if there are any dental issues you should know about. After a brief visual examination, we may recommend a more detailed examination (which requires sedation), a dental cleaning, or options for at-home dental care.
