Helpful with my schedule and time constraints. Explained what was needed and urgent and didn’t push things on me about my pets.

This place is great. With other vets being so far away from Crawfordsville, these guys are super convenient in distance from my home. And were very understanding with any cost, and offered options to get only what your pet and you need and want.
They helped my Corgi with diarrhea problems, and the exam and fecal test is very reasonable. The vet was experienced. I will definitely be returning, and I want to thank you so much for helping my dog.

Very nice visit and answered every question I had. After a procedure was done for our kitten they even called the next day to see how he was doing, even when we called after having questions they took the time from their busy schedule to answer them. Very courteous staff as well. Very pleasant visit.

Needed to get my dog up to date on shots and we had never been here before (we have used the same vet for our animals since I was a child). They got us in very quickly (2 days later) and told me how much it would cost beforehand. When we got there we didn’t wait very long and they were very attentive and friendly to me, my kids, and my dog Whiskey! They listened to my 1 worry about him, and made sure we were going to be able to figure it out! Best experience at a vet we’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend!

They were very friendly and they helped in all ways possible for my daughter in law and son to be, able to afford the unexpected surgery my grand fur baby needed. I thought he had ripped out his stitches afterwards and they had me bring him back in to check his stitches free of charge.

The staff is friendly. They greet you as you come in and check your pet into the system. The vet tech who gave my kitten his shots also got flea medication for his size. My kitten never seems scared or traumatized by the staff. They make sure you know what reactions to look for.
